INFRASTRUCTURAL SUPPORT
The association funds college infrastructure projects to enhance the learning environment for students. These projects focus on improving facilities, technology, and resources to provide a conducive space for academic growth and development.

CITY CAMPUS RENOVATION-AN HONOR FOR UKAA
PHASE I OF THE NEDUET CITY CAMPUS RENOVATION PROJECT was managed by UKAA and was inaugurated on February 21, 2025, by Mr. Ashraf Habibullah who generously funded this "historical renovation” of a campus more than 100 years old. University faculty, alumni, and provincial government guests attended. All appreciated the look of the renovated buildings and said that the old Campus now looks brand new. This Phase I cost US $ 100,000.00.
In the briefing of the project Mr. Habibullah was informed that in Phase I of the renovation only the external replacements could be completed to "restore" the Heritage buildings. The internal structures of the buildings required restoration as well as upgrading to modern levels.
This Phase II of the restoration and upgrading was estimated to cost US $ 200,000.00 and included: - (i) Roof dismantling and Steel Roof installation; (ii) Associated intensive roof work ;(iii) Lacquer Polishing, Electrical wiring, Flooring replacement, and Waterproofing, and (iv) Final Fittings, Demobilization and Handover.
UKAA was requested to manage Phase II as well. The work began May 15, 2025, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
